Went to the gym; worked arms and shoulders, then did 20 minutes on the bike and 10 on the elliptical. I didn't want to do the elliptical, but I needed to. It wasn't fun, but I'm glad I did it. Time for a shower, and then I need to run errands. Blah.
You are really motivating me! We aren't starting our program until January 1, but I will post on my blog a few things we're doing.......we can't do the gym thing, as membership fees are a bit over our budget right now, but I'm sure we can come up with a few ways to get into better shape.
